TowTrackLX
TowTrackLX is tow yard inventory database system. Although it can operate as a stand-alone inventory system, its key feature is that the inventory database can automatically be updated from tow transaction processed thru TowPathLX thus eliminating the need for tedious and time-consuming data entry. Database fields are fully editable and the database can be queried for any type of report.
TowTrackLX helps tow companies manage the flow of vehicles in and out of their yard. Vehicles are assigned a status as they go through the process of being added to inventory and taken out of inventory. For example, a tow company could assign each vehicle a scheduled auction date if the vehicle remains unclaimed. A simple database query would result in a list of vehicles that will be sold at auction on a given date. TowTrackLX has an optional feature that would automatically populate and publish an auction web site listing all vehicles up for auction for a specific date, time, and location.
TowTrackLX can be installed to run locally or on an off-site server accessible via an Internet connection and can be accessed from different locations and by multiple users. It operates in a Windows environments such as WindowsXP, Vista, and Windows Server. You probably already have all of the computer equipment you need for TowTrackLX.
