TowPathLX

The TowPathLX solution gives mobile workers the ability to access mission-critical data remotely from wherever they are working. Access is safe and secure, encrypted from end to end, and only approved users with valid passwords from approved mobile computers can gain access to the system.

Mobile workers enter vehicle license plates into the TowPathLX client computer and get a fast and accurate response from their database query. If the response indicates the vehicle should be towed, an authorized user can execute the tow, and the database can be updated appropriately.

TowPathLX can be customized to fit any requirements. Daily log files can be automatically created during a shift and emailed to the office throughout the shift so management is always aware of what is happening out in the field. If there is a back office computer system that requires data from the field, TowPathLX can automatically deliver the data directly thus eliminating tedious and time-consuming manual data entry.

The TowPathLX system can operate on any Windows Operating System device and it can be enabled to access any backend database or legacy application whether it is via TN3270, WebConnect, or any type of IP connection.

TowPathLX can operate on any commercially available Wireless network, wi-fi, or mesh network. And TowPathLX does not require a large capital investment for server hardware, as it runs on a Windows Server that can be operated as a hosted service or placed behind your firewall.
