    TowpathLX

    Designed and created for the City of New York’s Department of Finance, the TowpathLX system allows city marshals and their mobile workforce to identify vehicles that belong to owners who have outstanding parking violations in excess of the city’s default judgment limit.

    Mobile workers enter vehicle license plates into the TowpathLX client computer and get a fast and accurate response of outstanding parking violations in judgment. Vehicles whose owners have exceeded the city’s default judgment limit are towed. The TowpathLX system updates the city’s database to indicate a vehicle has been towed.

    The TowpathLX system can operate on any Windows Operating System device and it can be enabled to access any backend database or legacy application whether it is TN3270, WebConnect, or any type of IP connection.

    TowpathLX can operate on any commercially available Wireless network, wi-fi, or mesh network. And TowpathLX does not require a large capital investment for server hardware, as it runs on a Windows Server that can be operated as a hosted service or placed behind your firewall.

    DocketLX

    DocketLX automatically builds a docket operation sheet of all towing activity. Vehicle information is automatically pre-filled from the backend database for each tow transaction processed through TowpathLX. Docket numbers are automatically tracked and incremented. Additional data maintenance can be completed to each docket entry at any time. Docket sheets can be quickly emailed anywhere at anytime. In addition, docket sheet information can be automatically communicated to a backend database eliminating the need for tedious and time-consuming data entry.

    TowTrackLX

    TowTrackLX is an automated tow yard inventory database system. The inventory database is automatically updated from tow transaction processed thru TowpathLX thus eliminating the need for tedious and time-consuming data entry. Database fields are fully editable and the database can be queried for any type of report. TowTrackLX helps tow companies manage the flow of vehicles in and out of their yard. For example, a tow company could assign each vehicle an tentative auction date if the vehicle remains unclaimed. A simple database query would result in a list of vehicles that will be sold at auction on a given date.
