Pathwave Develops Tow Yard Inventory Application

TowTrackLX automatically populates database.

Algonquin, IL (May 15, 2009) — Pathwave Solutions Inc. announces the development of TowTrackLX, a tow yard inventory database application.

TowTrackLX is designed for tow companies already using Pathwave’s TowpathLX and DocketLX systems. Information is collected at the time of the tow transaction in TowpathLX and whenever any modifications are made to the docket sheet information in DocketLX by users in the field. Information available includes timestamp of the tow, location of the tow, vehicle year, make, model, VIN#, and the docket number assigned.

Tow yard management can log into TowTrackLX on a computer in their facility and download data containing information needed about all vehicles towed in the field and delivered to their yard, thus eliminating tedious and time-consuming data entry.

Once the data is downloaded into the database, yard personnel can quickly verify vehicles are in the yard and enter any additional information into the database such as remarks about the condition of the vehicle or vehicle contents.

The TowTraxLX database can be queried and reports can be generated as needed. The database can automatically calculate up-to-the-minute storage fees for each vehicle.
